We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as fleet planners for our main office in Iasi. This is a great job opportunity for individuals who are interested in the US transportation and logistics industry and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Objective:

The main purpose of a fleet planner is to efficiently coordinate the movement of trucks and shipments. The core objective revolves around ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication between drivers, customers, team members and departments.

Candidate requirements:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Punctual and reliable;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace;

Must be proficient in English.

Experience is a plus but it is not required as we provide training to help you succeed in this exciting role.

As a fleet planner, you will be responsible for:Load planning including negotiating rates and securing loads for trucks;

Managing multiple drivers at a time;

Maintaining regular contact with drivers;

Resolving any logistical challenges or unexpected delays that may occur during transportation;

Monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to customers;

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to shipments, delivery schedules, and any other logistics-related matters;

Ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and filed.
