We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Training Specialist (French-speaking) to deliver impactful training programs at national and international levels.

What will you do?

• Deliver engaging training sessions focused on management, leadership and professional development across national and international locations.

• Facilitate interactive workshops and learning experiences that encourage participation, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Adapt training methods and approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and learning objectives.

• Create a positive learning environment that inspires participants to apply new skills and knowledge in their day-to-day work.

• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the training experience.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in training delivery, with proven experience delivering training programs to management teams.

• Working proficiency in French; good level of English

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire different audiences.

• Strong facilitation skills and a genuine passion for learning and people development.

• Experience delivering management training programs.

• Experience working with multicultural and international audiences.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally

• A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in a management or leadership role would be a plus.
