Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of project and testing teams for UAT;
- Support business users to design Test cases based on Use Cases and project documentation;
- Support business to execute Test Cases and maintain their status real time in the Test Management tool (ALM);
- Analyze testing execution results and open defects (if case);
- Support business to open defects;
- Create and maintain Test Plan and Test Report documents for each project;
- Monitor activities and progress and produce regular reports;
- Propose ideas for testing processes optimization;
- Manage defects detected by testing team or end users;
- Validate agreed entry and exit criteria and recommend next steps to project team;
- Perform coaching for new Testing Analysts;
- Escalate to Testing Lead / Project Manager any issue that can impact project timeline;
- Test Coordinator for testing activities during UAT, providing support for end users.
