Role overview:
Prepare technical and commercial offers for Transmission & Distribution projects, focusing on substations, grid infrastructure, and power transmission solutions. Analyze client requirements, identify optimal technical configurations, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and provide technical support throughout the offer preparation and negotiation process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related technical field;
• Experience in offer preparation or design for Transmission & Distribution projects (substations, grid infrastructure, power systems);
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Practical experience with AutoCAD and power system analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, DIgSILENT or similar);
• Strong understanding of power systems, grid connection requirements, protection systems, and high/medium voltage equipment;
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
• Ability to quickly analyze technical requirements and propose efficient and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and client specifications for T&D projects (substations, HV/MV/LV networks, grid connections);
• Propose technical solutions tailored to project requirements, including equipment selection (transformers, switchgear, protection and control systems, SCADA);
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed technical offers and single-line diagrams;
• Request and consolidate supplier quotations for primary and secondary equipment (transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, protection relays, cables, etc.);
• Request quotes from subcontractors for installation, testing, and commissioning services;
• Consolidate supplier and subcontractor offers and estimate internal costs to calculate total project cost;
• Prepare tender documentation, including technical specifications, commercial proposals, execution schedules, and compliance/eligibility documents;
• Review previous bids to improve future offer quality and competitiveness.
