About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Telephone Assistant to support the Romanian sales team from a home-office setup, with a preference for candidates based in the Cluj-Napoca area. This is a hybrid role, working closely with the regional sales representative and with the central teams in Biatorbagy (Hungary) and Floresti.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone and arrange business meetings, working from a home-office setup (company-provided IT equipment: laptop, printer, phone)
• Provide daily support to the regional sales representative in organising and coordinating daily planning
• Collaborate daily with the sales representative and with the central offices in Biatorbagy (Hungary) and Floresti

Key Requirements

• Advanced Romanian and English;
• Experience in a similar field, e.g. call center
• PC skills (MS Office); CRM/SAP experience an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant demeanour, persistence

Nice To Have

• Experience in a similar field (e.g. call center)
• German or Hungarian language skills, written/reading level
• Based in the Cluj-Napoca area
