Job Description
- Instalarea, configurarea si implementarea echipamentelor IT utilizate in retail (ex: sisteme POS, cantare electronice, imprimante de etichete, echipamente de scanare, solutii de etichetare si ambalare)
- Oferirea de suport tehnic post-implementare pentru echipamente hardware si aplicatii software (on-site si remote)
- Realizarea documentatiei tehnice pentru proiectele implementate
- Sustinerea de sesiuni de training pentru utilizatori
- Oferirea de suport si consultanta tehnica clientilor
Cerinte
- Studii tehnice (Electronica / Electrotehnica )- avantaj
- Experienta in suport tehnic sau activitati de service hardware
- Cunostinte tehnice electronice si mecanice
- Limba engleza – nivel mediu
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente
- Permis de conducere categoria B
