    Job Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support to consumers using TP-Link products, assisting with inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and issue resolution
    • Support customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
    • Handle L1/L2 level support requests efficiently and escalate more complex issues when needed
    • Deliver professional and customer-focused service to ensure consumer satisfaction
    • Work in an office-based (onsite) environment and collaborate closely with team members and support leads

    Training & Development
    • Receive professional training on TP-Link products, networking knowledge, and troubleshooting skills
    • Gain hands-on experience in technical support within an international support environment
    • Opportunity to participate in the TP-Link Certification Test and obtain an official certification upon successful completion
