Gymboland is looking for a Technical Operational Coordinator to ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of all equipment and technical systems across the entertainment and arcade locations by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities and managing the technical team to maintain a high level of customer experience.
Job Requirements
• Technical vocational education, diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (VENDING, entertainment equipment)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating a technical team is considered an advantage.
• Experience in entertainment centers, arcades, gaming, amusement parks, retail, or hospitality environments is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate level)

Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations Coordination
• Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the technical team (travel schedules to Gymboland/ Rematch locations, monitoring the resolution rate of issues reported in Trello).
• Monitor the operation of arcade machines, simulators, attractions, and auxiliary systems.
• Prioritize and allocate technical interventions based on their impact on operations.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability for customers at all times.
Maintenance and Repairs
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain records of interventions and equipment maintenance history.
• Propose solutions to improve technical processes.
• Ensure that all equipment operates safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare periodic reports on equipment status and technical activities.
• Monitor technical department performance indicators.
• Analyze the causes of recurring failures and propose preventive measures.
• Report critical situations and investment requirements to management.
