Ideal Candidate

Job Description

Lead industrialization projects from customer discussions through serial production readiness (FRP).
Own both project management and technical leadership for the allocated scope.
Act as the primary interface with the customer for industrialization and technical topics. (extended role).
Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Suppliers).
Develop and manage the full industrialization roadmap and milestones.
Define, validate, and approve manufacturing processes.
Define and ensure implementation of inspection and control strategies.
Own planning, execution, and approval of FAIs.
Ensure all testing, validation, and qualification activities are completed.
Prepare and lead industrialization-related audits and qualification activities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate industrial risks; manage changes formally;
Ensure adherence to internal standards and aerospace certification requirements
