• Bachelor's or comparable Degree in a Technical Discipline/Engineering;
• Preferably professional experience that covers one or more of the following areas: purchasing, supplier quality/development/management, cost estimation/analysis or manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.);
• Deep knowledge and understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing process of parts;
• Knowledge of negotiation methods, and business processes/communications;
• Knowledge of purchasing tools;
• High affinity towards technical side;
• Good knowledge of English and/or German (or Ensures a good communication with the suppliers and internal departments);
• Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines;
• Commercially and financially aware;
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Ability/Willingness to travel. Driving license;
• Goal and result oriented, team plazer, strategically thinking, communicative and proactive.

• Procurement of Manufacturing Parts & Assembly Groups/Catalogue parts in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
• Execute commodity sourcing strategies, identify possible suppliers and issue orders, as needed to support production and limit costs;
• Receive and evaluate bids against cost controls;
• Negotiate purchase agreements with approved suppliers of assigned material and processes;
• Clarification of technical issues with design and suppliers;
• Review past usage, current demand, and capacity issues for planning purposes;
• Create and provide reports and evaluations;
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations;
• Develop creative and innovative procurement processes;
• Monitors and manages the status of the orders in order to maintain it within the agreed limits;
• Processing of order confirmations and coordination of deviations.
