Requirements:
•Advanced English level (spoken and written);
•Advanced German or Spanish level (spoken and written) — preferred;
•Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar coordination role;
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
•Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills;
•Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes;
•Analytical mindset with attention to KPIs and performance metrics;
•Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
•Experience in customer support / BPO / operations environments represents an advantage;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.

•Coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the team;
•Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved;
•Provide coaching, guidance, and continuous feedback to team members;
•Support agents in handling escalations and operational challenges;
•Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management;
•Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards;
•Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new employees;
•Maintain effective communication between management and team members;
•Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team development strategies.
