A Store Manager oversees all daily retail operations, including staff management (recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating sales teams), inventory control, and sales performance. The role ensures excellent customer service, achievement of financial targets, and compliance with vm brand standards.
The Store Manager acts as the key link between employees, the Brand Manager, accountants, and the company owner. Responsibilities include managing inventory (ordering, stock control, returns), maintaining store appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards, handling administrative tasks, and resolving customer complaints to drive profitability and different task.
