Who You Are
- Experienced sourcing professional
- Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build long-term supplier relationship
- Confident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Prefers autonomy and agile processes over bureaucratic, multi-level approvals
- Strong understanding of global supply chains, market dynamics, and component shortages
- Resourceful, analytical, and solutions-driven mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across international teams
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required
- Motivated by a culture that values speed, intelligence, and commercial impact

Supplier Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and expand strong supplier partnerships
Conduct supplier evaluations and capability assessments
Improve supplier performance, reliability, and collaboration
Sourcing & Market Analysis
Identify and onboard new suppliers globally
Monitor market trends, price movements, and component availability
Provide real-time insights to support sales and purchasing decisions
Negotiation & Procurement Execution
Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Execute purchase orders independently and efficiently
Ensure fast turnaround without requiring multiple approvals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with sales teams to support customer requirements
Align with logistics and quality teams on shipment, compliance, and product standards
Resolve supply issues promptly and professionally
Operational & Process Excellence
Maintain accurate sourcing data and pricing records
Optimize sourcing workflows for speed and efficiency
Uphold global procurement standards and Chip 1 Exchange policies
Training & Professional Development
Participate in specialized sourcing and operations training in Germany
Apply international best practices to elevate procurement performance
- Operate as a key member of the global procurement team at Chip 1 Exchange
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives for electronic components across international markets
- Act with full decision-making authority, no excessive approval layers to slow you down
- Develop deep, trust-based partnerships with suppliers around the world
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, logistics, and quality teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions
- Receive specialized supply chain and sourcing training in Germany to enhance global expertise
