Job Description

Main responsibilities
  • Ensure production planning according to the documents received from the Logistics Department, while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Monitor and analyze production team performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure product quality compliance throughout the shift according to customer requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Enter and maintain accurate production data in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Participate in training sessions and support the development of team members.
  • Ensure all activities within the production area are carried out in compliance with the Quality Management System, technical documentation, and established procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise production operators to achieve production objectives.
  • Manage shift staffing, work allocation, and attendance to ensure optimal production flow.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure accurate shift handovers and effective communication between shifts.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor material consumption and report any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
