As a ServiceNow Administrator with a focus on the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), you will be responsible for the technical support and further development of our ServiceNow platform. You will ensure the quality, consistency, and up-to-dateness of CMDB data and support the integration and automation of IT processes.

What you’ll do:

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

• Monitoring the platform, including SLA monitoring, log file analysis, and troubleshooting

• Building, maintaining, and optimizing the CMDB structure and data models

• Ensuring data quality and implementing discovery processes

• Developing and implementing automations and workflows

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather requirements and implement solutions

• Supporting release and update processes as well as error analyses

• Documenting changes and processes according to internal standards

What you’ll bring:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in ServiceNow administration, ideally with a focus on CMDB

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management

• Experience with data modeling, CI classification, and integrations (e.g., via API, MID Server)

• Technical understanding of interfaces, LDAP, REST/SOAP

• Good command of English (working language in the international team), German optional

• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high initiative
