Who we are looking for

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
15+ years analog IC design experience
Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage
PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs
Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis
Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required

Job Description

Your tasks

Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments
Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits
Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures
Establish analog design methodologies
Lead technical reviews and sign-off decisions
Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
