Join our team as a Senior Payroll Specialist and play a key role in managing accurate and compliant payroll operations for a large employee population.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Charisma .

• Process salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, sick leave, and other payroll-related calculations.

• Validate payroll data, timesheets, and variable compensation elements.

• Ensure accurate calculation of taxes, social contributions, and statutory payroll obligations.

• Prepare payroll reports and provide payroll-related insights to management.

• Respond to employee queries related to payroll matters.

• Ensure compliance with Romanian labor, payroll, and tax legislation.

• Support payroll audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

• Strong hands-on experience with Charisma

• Solid knowledge of Romanian payroll legislation, taxes, and social contributions.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English - advanced level
