• Is a self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience in a professional environment

• Has good command of MS Office package: Excel (High level), Outlook (High level), Word (Intermediate level), SAGA.

• Preparation of different monthly reports needed for the management
• Posting and validation in the accounting systems of the suppliers invoices, customer invoices, bank statements and employees monthly expenses statements
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Recording transactions, preparing journal entries, assisting with month-end/year-end closes, maintaining financial records, creating financial reports and statements
• Ensuring all filling systems and archive records are accurate and up to date
• Uploading approved payment lists into various e-banking systems
• Any other task required by the role
• Manage general ledger activities, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of fiscal declarations
