• Proven Track Record: 5–10 years of SAP/EWM experience with at least 2–3 completed MFS integration projects. At least 3 successfully completed SAP EWM MFS projects.
• PLC / Automation Expertise: Demonstrated experience with direct PLC connectivity to SAP EWM.
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of SAP Activate.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel onsite during critical project phases (workshops, integration testing, go-live).
• Technical Skills: Expert level in ABAP OO, SAP EWM MFS architecture, BAdIs, User Exits, and interface technologies.
• Direct PLC Connectivity: Proven experience with direct PLC integration.

• Analyze and map legacy processes to SAP EWM MFS.
• Lead process design, workshops, specs creation, and customizing for automated warehouse environments.
• Oversee telegram processing, queue handling, routing, and resource management within SAP MFS.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, internal IT, automation engineering, and external PLC partners.
• Drive integration, end-to-end testing, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.
• Develop custom MFS logic and enhancements using ABAP OO, function modules, classes, and BAdIs.
• Implement and test direct PLC communication interfaces (TCP/IP, OPC, RFC, IDoc, Webservices).

Controls Tech was founded in 2022, in Iasi, Romania. It started delivering commissioning services of conveyor systems for TGW Logistics Group starting from July 2022. The service was provided on sites in EU countries.
