• Technical university studies
• Advanced English level – mandatory

• Lead and optimize the Sales & Calculations team to ensure efficient and compliant operational processes, including order confirmations, quotations, and data management
• Oversee the full sales order lifecycle, from confirmation to delivery, including contractual and logistical updates
• Monitor performance through revenue reporting and support pricing, quoting, tenders, and commercial negotiations
• Manage customer relationships and maintain ongoing communication to support business objectives
• Coordinate service-related activities such as offers, orders, and invoicing, while collaborating closely with Finance on billing and collections
• Support the use and continuous improvement of internal tools and platforms (SAP, Microsoft Lists, client platforms, etc.)
• Provide cross-functional support and ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, and other departments during project implementation
• Participate in operational and strategic meetings, driving continuous improvement initiatives and KPI achievement
