- Further education in sales administration / export processing is considered a plus.
Job Description
- Customer support personally, on the phone and by email.
- Coordination with customs department, forwarder and the warehouse for all shipments from the warehouse in Germany and directly from the supplier.
- Coordination with partners, sales, purchasing, production, logistics and finance.
- Invoicing and crediting.
- Managing shipments in OSCA (Supply Chain Management Tool) and in ERP system.
Schedule: Monday- Friday (10:00 – 19:00)
