Job Description

The successful candidate, based within the QHSE department, will be responsible for the following activities:
• Collaborating in the process of identifying OHS hazards, assessing risks and defining prevention and protection measures associated with activities, facilities and processes;
• Identify training needs regarding occupational safety, based on the results of the risk assessment process, contractual requirements and local regulations, proposing information and training programmes for workers;
• Collaborate on the drafting of project documentation, in particular operational control procedures;
• Ensure the systematic verification of the adequacy of the project’s QHSE system and monitor its effective implementation through inspections and audits;
• Participate in accident investigations, carrying out analyses, identifying causes and corrective actions (CAs), the implementation of which the ASPP monitors and evaluates for effectiveness. Draft the relevant reports;
• Monitor project HSE performance, assist in the preparation of HSE reports and documentation;
• Where relevant, provide support to the Procurement department during the tendering process for subcontracts, assessing the suitability of the relevant subcontractors against contractual and company requirements.

The successful candidate will join the QHSE department at the construction site located in Romania (Cepari Pamanteni, Arges, 117232).
