Job Description
• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations
• Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
• Handle customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise
