Ideal Candidate
Cerinte:
- Experienta solida de minim 3 ani in vanzari (experienta anterioara in telesales sau call center reprezinta un avantaj);
- Stapanirea tehnicilor de negociere si capacitatea de a identifica rapid nevoile clientilor B2B;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare;
- Abilitatea de a gestiona eficient un flux mare de apeluri si de a mentine un ritm ridicat de lucru;
- Istoric dovedit in atingerea si depasirea targetelor lunare de vanzari (KPIs);
- Cunostinte medii de operare PC pentru monitorizarea statusului clientilor in sistem;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare;
Job Description
- Contactarea telefonica a potentialilor clienti (persoane juridice si institutii publice) pentru promovarea intregului portofoliu de produse;
- Gestionarea procesului de vanzare: de la identificarea nevoilor si trimiterea ofertelor personalizate, pana la negociere si inchidere;
- Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatiilor cu clientii din portofoliu prin preluarea comenzilor recurente si cross-selling;
- Monitorizarea riguroasa a interactiunilor cu clientii si raportarea periodica a rezultatelor catre management;
- Colaborarea cu echipa interna pentru asigurarea acuratetei datelor si a livrarilor catre clienti.
Program de lucru: Luni - Vineri, 08:30 - 17:00 (weekend-uri si sarbatori legale libere).
