Job Description
Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a welcoming and professional front-office experience
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate registration and smooth document flow
Provide timely and high-quality support to client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Prepare and issue key client documentation, including authorizations, offers, and invoices
Oversee and track client documentation throughout the full contract lifecycle
Support contract closure activities and coordinate administrative processes related to fines, taxes, and external stakeholders
