• Performs Statistical Process Control (SPC);
• Evaluates Cpk, Ppk, XBAR & CHART indicators;
• Collaborates with production to identify, investigate, and solve product-related issues;
• Monitors production data (e.g., product attributes and variable data, internal PPM, data related to defective materials, identifies problem areas, etc.);
• Performs document and data control, including information related to work instructions and drawings;
• Monitors the metrological verification of measuring and control instruments;
• Manages the escalation process of quality issues to the QE;
• Ensures that all purchased parts have inspection instructions;
• Is responsible for recording internal documentation in AOEMS (Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA, rework sheets, etc.);
• Maintains communication with goods reception to support the sorting of different parts;
• Ensures that quantities of conforming and non-conforming parts resulting from sorting are physically and systemically recorded in reference locations;
• Collaborates with manufacturing to identify, investigate, and resolve product/process-related issues;
• Provides technical support to production to ensure all products are accurately measured using appropriate instruments in accordance with control plans;
• Performs product sample testing and documents results for APQP/PPAP/PSW requests and approvals;
• Performs the initial evaluation of customer returns and warranty parts.
