Ideal Candidate
- Technical degree (Engineering preferred);
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality, ideally in manufacturing/automotive;
- Solid knowledge of 3D measurement (CMM, measuring arms, laser) and technical drawings;
- Experience with quality tools (8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC) and ISO 9001;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Previous team coordination experience or leadership potential;
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Good level of English;
Job Description
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the quality team, ensuring efficient daily operations and optimal resource allocation;
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee 3D measurement activities (CMM, measuring arms, laser) to meet project deadlines and quality standards;
- Analyze measurement data, validate results, and ensure accurate and timely reporting;
- Define measurement strategies, timelines, and inspection requirements based on project specifications;
- Manage internal and external non-conformities, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborate cross-functionally (production, engineering, logistics, sales) to ensure product quality and on-time delivery;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality topics, including issue resolution and technical clarifications;
- Support and participate in internal and external audits; ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant quality standards;
- Develop, implement, and improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, defect reduction, efficiency increase);
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and performance of measurement equipment;
- Support new project launches by defining measurement requirements and validating processes and equipment;
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; identify skill gaps and implement development plans;
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members;
