• Bachelor or Master of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering
• First experience in the proposal or sales department of an engineering company related to the cement or mining or petroleum or chemical industry is an advance but not a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office packets
• Good spoken and written English, further languages are of advantage
• Ability to think analytically, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Thorough and autonomous way of working
• Experience with implementation of CPQ system is an advantage.

• Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals according to customer needs
• Work together with the existing Customer Service team and other internal departments
• Understand client technical requirements and implementation goals
• Selection and justifying proper solutions to reach customer’s targets
• Rethink and make suggestions for optimizing internal processes of the entire quotation process
• Further development of tools and programs for preparing quotations
