Job Description

•Lead end-to-end IT projects, including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, migrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
•Serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, staffing plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverable tracking for initiatives.
•Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, functional and technical specifications, configuration activities, integration points, data migration tasks, and business process alignment.
•Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, issues, and change requests through clear governance, decision tracking, and transparent stakeholder communication.
•Coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, regression testing, and business sign-off.
•Plan and manage cutover activities, including readiness checkpoints, deployment schedules, data validation, user communications, contingency planning, and go/no-go decisions.
•Monitor project progress, follow up on action items, escalate risks and issues, and adjust plans as needed to support timely delivery of project objectives.
•Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, steering committee materials, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and executive-level communications.
•Ensure project deliverables, approvals, documentation, security reviews, compliance requirements, and change management activities align with IT governance standards and methodology.
•Manage vendor and contractor activities, including RFP/RFQ support, onboarding coordination, statement of work tracking, deliverable reviews, and invoice validation.
•Track project financials, including estimates, forecasts, purchase orders, actuals, invoices, budget variances, and related reporting for all project workstreams.
•Support organizational change management activities, including training coordination, stakeholder readiness, communication planning, knowledge transfer, and adoption support.
•Lead post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, transition deliverables to support teams, and ensure knowledge transfer for ongoing operations.
•Hybrid work schedule.
