Onboarding & Training
We are committed to providing a thorough onboarding experience and ensuring that every new team member is fully supported from day one.
To facilitate knowledge transfer and hands-on training with the colleague currently managing these activities, candidates based in Ploiești will be required to work from our Bucharest office four days per week during the first 3-4 months of employment. This period is designed to support effective learning, integration into the team, and a smooth transition into the role.
After the onboarding period, the working arrangement will follow the company's hybrid work model.
- Manage accounting for invoices issued to both internal and external customers, as well as service suppliers.
- Record and process receipts and payments based on bank statements, expense reports, and cash register transactions.
- Compile and deliver financial reports in accordance with the requirements of the parent company.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting external auditors.
- Generate client invoices in alignment with ongoing project activities and contractual terms.
- Execute monthly financial reconciliations, period-end closings, and inventory control procedures in compliance with internal standards.
- Develop and organize the required documentation to support the annual inventory procedures in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitor project status and progress on an hourly basis.
- Manage project billing activities and maintain accurate project data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Review and validate employee timesheets and billable hours allocation.
- Process and administer travel expense reports.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date financial records for ongoing projects.
- Support the smooth execution of projects through effective financial coordination and administration.
- University degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics.
- Solid understanding of applicable financial legislation.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach.
