We are looking for Product Operations Support, who will play a crucial role in the development of the portfolio of online games and the player experience. In the role of Product Operations Support you will be responsible for assisting the Product team in various operational tasks related to product development, launch, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English;
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Relevant work experience in one of the following fields: iGaming, Customer Support, QA
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, and prioritize work
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, great time management;
• Availability for a full time schedule on site
• University graduate

Main Responsibilities

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
• Assist the product team with tasks related to product development, launch, and maintenance;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of products.
• Provide assistance in tasks, such as product testing, documentation, and reporting.
• Help develop and implement processes and procedures to improve product development efficiency and quality;
