- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and documentation procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP software (IFS experience is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Active driving skills and a valid driving license
- English language knowledge
Job Description
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with company policies and project requirements
- Preparing purchase requests, obtaining quotations, and conducting supplier evaluations
- Negotiating prices, delivery terms, and contract conditions with local and international suppliers
- Creating and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and site teams
- Maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Coordinating with the Bucharest headquarters for approvals and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, budget limits, and internal controls
- Supporting cost optimization initiatives and identifying reliable suppliers
- Collaborating with Finance, Logistics, and Construction departments to ensure smooth operations.
