Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 2–4 years experience in production planning, MRP or supply chain planning in manufacturing
- Experience coordinating imported raw materials or international suppliers is a plus
- Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning and inventory control
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Fluent Romanian and English
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Description
Production & Capacity Planning
- Develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly production plans
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze production capacity (equipment, manpower, processes) and identify bottlenecks
- Support production efficiency improvements and optimize capacity utilization
- Create and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on production plans and BOM
- Coordinate with procurement to track raw materials imported from China
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods
- Prevent stock shortages or overstock and optimize inventory turnover
- Work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, sales and import/export teams
- Track production and material supply to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and analyze production and material data to support decision-making
- Support continuous improvement of production planning and material management processes
