We are hiring a Marketplace & E-commerce Growth Manager to develop and grow our online sales through marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as eMAG, Trendyol, Temu, Amazon, Allegro, and other relevant channels.
We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of marketplace growth: identifying product opportunities, launching products on platforms, managing listings, prices, stock availability, sales performance, and coordinating with the operations team to make sure orders can be fulfilled properly.
The ideal candidate has some experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales, but does not need to be a senior expert. We are looking for someone ambitious, proactive, analytical, and ready to learn fast.

Marketplace Growth & Sales
- Develop and grow sales through different marketplace and e-commerce platforms.
- Focus on both domestic Romanian sales and cross-border sales across Europe.
- Identify which platforms are most relevant for different product categories.
- Launch and manage sales channels such as eMAG, Trendyol, Temu, Amazon, Allegro, and others.
- Take ownership of GMV and sales growth generated through marketplace channels.
- Analyze market demand and identify which products have sales potential.
- Research competitors, prices, best-selling products, trends, and customer demand.
- Help select the right SKUs for each marketplace.
- Track which products sell, which do not sell, and why.
- Propose new products, categories, bundles, or offers based on marketplace data.
- Coordinate product upload and listing on marketplace platforms.
- Ensure that product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and product information are properly prepared.
- Monitor product visibility, availability, and listing quality.
- Work with internal teams to improve content, product presentation, and conversion.
- Monitor product prices and keep them competitive.
- Track stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse / operations team.
- Help manage stock rotation and avoid situations where products are listed but unavailable.
- Make sure that marketplace offers are attractive, accurate, and operationally possible.
- Follow up on products without sales and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the Romanian warehouse and operations team to make sure orders are processed and shipped properly.
- Help build a smooth process from product selection to listing, sales, stock management, and order fulfillment.
- Take ownership of the full marketplace sales cycle, even if some operational tasks are executed by other team members.
- Identify bottlenecks and help improve internal processes.
- Track marketplace sales performance regularly.
- Prepare simple reports on sales, GMV, number of uploaded SKUs, active SKUs, SKUs with sales, SKUs without sales, stock rotation, and platform performance.
- Analyze what works and what does not work.
- Suggest practical actions to improve sales results.
- 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace sales, online retail, digital commerce, or a similar field.
- Experience with marketplaces such as eMAG, Amazon, Allegro, Trendyol, Temu, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers, prices, stock, and sales data.
- Understanding of online product listings, marketplace operations, pricing, and product performance.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams: warehouse, operations, content, suppliers, and management.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- High motivation to grow professionally and build something meaningful.
- Good English communication skills.
- Romanian language is a strong advantage, especially for communication with the local team and Romanian platforms.
- Experience with cross-border e-commerce (EU markets)
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or FMCG product categories
- Experience with feed management tools or PIM systems
- Based in Romania — occasional visits to our Bucharest office and warehouse are a plus
