• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Sales Management is an advantage.
• Relevant sales and/or business development experience 1-3 years represent an advantage.

• Solid operational knowledge and experience in logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Develop accounts through upselling, new services, and commercial projects.
• Create and implement customer development plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet contractual commitments and SLAs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, contribution margins, and profitability.
• Anticipate industry trends and proactively propose solutions.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and escalation management.
• Plan and execute customer projects.
