You will be our representative on site, supervising the installation work carried out by our subcontractors and making sure every project is built safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with our Turkish and Romanian colleagues and partners, so fluency in both languages is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in the fast-growing renewable energy sector, with support and training from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the on-site installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, cabling and other electrical equipment.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in line with health and safety (SSM/PSI) rules, applicable regulations and company procedures.
Travel regularly to project sites in different regions of Romania.
Track daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or issues promptly.
Check the quality of installation work and help identify and resolve defects.
Take part in inspections, electrical tests and commissioning to confirm that systems operate correctly and efficiently.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, acting as a bridge between Turkish- and Romanian-speaking teams.
Prepare site reports, photo documentation, checklists and other project records.

Requirements:
Education: vocational/technical diploma in electrical installations, or a university degree (or final-year studies) in electrical engineering, energy engineering or a related field.
Languages: fluent Romanian and fluent Turkish, spoken and written.
Experience: 2 years in electrical installation or solar PV projects.
Basic knowledge of PV systems, inverters, mounting structures and low-voltage electrical installations.
Ability to read technical drawings and single-line diagrams.
Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
Reliable, well organised and safety-conscious, with good communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Good command of English.
ANRE electrician authorisation (or willingness to obtain it).
Experience with PV testing equipment (insulation resistance, I-V curve, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.What We Offer
