About the role
We're looking for a Junior Digital Marketing & PR Coordinator to work directly with our Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager. This is a hands-on role where you'll own day-to-day execution across content, social media, email, e-commerce, and PR — keeping BoConcept and The Decorators present, consistent, and compelling across every channel. You'll have full visibility into strategy and real room to grow.

What we're looking for
Native Romanian, excellent written and spoken
Comfortable communicating in English — most of our internal documentation and tools are in English
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
Detail-oriented and reliable — small mistakes are visible to customers in our world
Willing to work from our showroom office (this is not a remote role)
Some hands-on experience with at least one of: an email marketing platform, a social scheduling tool, or an e-commerce admin panel

Nice to have
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or Meta Business Suite
Some exposure to PR, media relations, or event coordination
An eye for interior design or premium retail
Basic visual editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom)
Curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing workflows

What you'll do
- Own the content calendar — plan, schedule, and publish organic social posts on Facebook and Instagram for both BoConcept and The Decorators, keeping each brand's distinct voice intact
- Manage community — respond to comments and messages, and nurture the relationship with our online audience
- Support PR efforts — help draft press materials, maintain media and partner relationships, coordinate brand presence at events and launches, and support collaborations with influencers and partners
- Plan and set up email campaigns in Klaviyo — newsletters, event communications, transactional flows
- Help optimize existing email flows
- Handle repetitive work in Shopify — product updates, collection management, content uploads
- Proofread Romanian copy for accuracy, tone, and diacritics before it goes live
- Support campaign launches, photo shoots, and video productions
- Work with our internal tools for daily operations
