For one of our clients, a leading FMCG company, we are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Specialist.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the digital, social and data collection marketing campaigns while providing support to the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement the social media communication for Romania and the export countries (Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova);
• Coordinate the data collection program through all areas of the project life cycle;
• Proactively adapt, improve and assess the performance of the campaigns and projects that is in charge;
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns whenever needed;
• Strengthening, improving and coordinating of the database (HubSpot previous experience is a plus);
• Provide support with other marketing activations like events, sampling sessions etc;
• Provide support for the marketing department with administrative work.

Qualifications:

• University degree;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools;
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
