Your responsibilities include:

- The candidate must be a fluent Bulgarian speaker (written and spoken, advanced level).
- Work experience or background in delivering client service or in a call center environment would be an advantage
- Preferably understanding and experience in planning travel activities (e.g. discuss travel options with clients, make reservations for them, follow successful completion)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Patience, common sense, diplomacy and empathy skills
- High cooperation spirit, the ability to work well in a team
- Flexible, willing to work in shifts
- Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage Clients requests, answering enquiries by telephone, e-mails or informatic system (CRM)
- Coordinate and execute client requests: anticipate and analyze the need, research options, identify the proper solution and coordinate the delivery of the solution; communicate to the clients
- Organize the activity of the suppliers’ that are delivering the solutions to our clients
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Deal effectively with complaints and remain courteous at all times
- Deliver the highest levels of customer care and service at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless service delivery
