• Studies in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or similar;
• Fluently spoken and written English;
• Strong MS skills especially in Excel and basic usage of Accounting Management Systems; SAP is a plus;
• Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual transfer pricing calculations in accordance with group TP policies;
• Reconcile TP balances across entities and maintain documentation supporting calculation methodologies;
• Monitor variances between actual and planned margins and propose corrective TP adjustments when needed;
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities related to TP allocations and adjustments;
• Liaise with Finance, Controlling, and FP&A teams to ensure alignment of TP flows with financial results;
• Prepare and maintain Intercompany transaction matrices (IC Matrix) detailing flows, pricing, and counterparties.
