Additional experience that would be beneficial:
ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Relevant IT qualifications.
Experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer position.

Job Description
The IT support role is responsible for first line IT support, reporting into the Support Lead
The role focuses on support for end users, providing first contact resolution where possible
Day to day activity centres around the IT support queue, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner
1. Be the first point of contact for IT issues
2. Manage the IT support queue
3. Follow and update IT support processes
4. Utilise and understand IT support tools
5. Assist with IT project tasks
6. Escalate issues to the IT Engineer
