• Degree in IT or a related field.
• Solid hands-on experience (5+ years) with Windows Server environments.
• Proven experience (5+ years) working with VMware technologies.
• Good understanding of data center networks, including architecture and design principles.
• Confidence in communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• A strong believer in open collaboration, comfortable both leading initiatives and supporting teammates.
• Experience with hybrid data center environments is a plus.

• Take full ownership of local IT infrastructure operations, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Manage and continuously improve our virtualized environments (VMware vCenter / ESXi).
• Oversee Windows Server environments, including configuration, maintenance, and security.
• Drive patching, updates, and vulnerability management to keep systems safe and compliant.
• Use ServiceNow as your daily tool to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
• Coordinate responses to major incidents, ensuring root causes are understood and resolved.
• Support and troubleshoot network environments (Cisco switching, routing, VLANs, and basic firewall concepts).
• Act as a go-to technical escalation point (L2) for infrastructure-related topics.
• Ensure smooth and secure interaction between IT and OT environments.
• Manage user access, roles, and privileged accounts with a strong security mindset.
• Support and guide team members through coaching, feedback, and task coordination.
• Partner with the IT Manager on budgeting and cost awareness.
• Maintain clear and structured documentation of systems and processes.
• Contribute to IT strategy, roadmaps, and modernization efforts (automation, virtualization).
• Continuously look for ways to improve stability, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with global IT, security, and compliance teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management, translating technical risks into business language.
