Ideal Candidate

Have completed studies or vocational training in IT (e.g., IT systems integration technician) or a comparable qualification;
Practical experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems such as Jira, OTRS, ServiceNow, or Topdesk;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange;
Strong service orientation combined with clear communication skills;
A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach;
Team spirit and willingness to continuously develop technical skills;
Good command of English; German language is considered an advantage.

Job Description

As IT Service Desk Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for internal users regarding IT related requests and incidents. You will ensure that support requests are properly qualified, documented, and resolved in a structured ticket-based environment, contributing to the stability and reliability of the company’s IT services. Receive and process IT incidents and service requests through the company's global ticketing system; Perform initial analysis and qualification of incoming requests (Level 1 support); Resolve common IT issues independently, including hardware, software, network, and user administration topics; Document all activities and resolutions within the ticketing system and contribute to maintaining the knowledge base; Collaborate closely with Level 2 support teams and other internal IT departments; Support IT projects and system rollouts when required.
