- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role;
- Studies: higher/postgraduate (preferably in the financial field);
- English at an advanced level;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
- Critical Thinking, able to interpret data objectively, identify trends and draw conclusions.

Responsabilities:

- Ensures and coordinates the implementation of reporting processes;
- Ensures compliance with laws and internal regulations regarding compliance;
- Submits reports within established deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly);
- Provides Management with accurate, concise, and complete economic and financial information;
- Prepares reports on the activity of the Investment Analysis & Reporting Department based on company results;
- Contributes to enhancing economic performance and achieving business objectives;
- Assists in monitoring and consolidating company costs and other elements related to consolidated budget reports;
- Ensures that operations and activities align with the internal policies and objectives of the company;
- Is responsible for implementing all instructions and physical security measures (in accordance with the company's information security policies and procedures);
- Informs the General Manager of any event that exposes the company to the risk of financial loss or other negative implications for operations and reputation;
- Is required to immediately inform the General Manager if fraud is suspected involving colleagues or any other entity;
- Ensures data processing within the company's IT systems;
- Is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the company's IT applications to maintain up-to-date records;
- Formulates proposals to improve processes and workflows in order to optimize operations.
