Ideal Candidate
More than 5 years of experience in engineering/industrialization activities (manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial project execution, or similar).
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain) and managing industrial deliverables through production release milestones (e.g., FAI/FRP).
Experience with forming processes and/or similar production processes relevant to the product scope (e.g., aluminium stretch forming, bending, sheet metal forming, machining preparation, and special processes interfaces such as heat treatment).
Advanced technical knowledge in the company’s relevant field (industrialization, manufacturing process definition/validation, production readiness, and quality requirements).
Understanding of industrial deliverables and documentation (process sheets, routing/BOM data, test/validation evidence, FAI packages, change control records).
Proficient computer use, data tables, and structured data entry with attention to traceability and auditability.
Proven good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel (tracking plans, risk registers, action lists, and KPI dashboards).
Working knowledge of engineering/industrial tools as applicable (e.g., ERP, PLM, CAD viewers, and configuration management systems).
English language knowledge: conversational level (able to participate in meetings and write clear emails/status updates).
Job Description
Serve as the process engineering project manager for the mechanical forming scope, coordinating process definition, tooling/equipment implementation, validation, and industrial release.
Lead and coordinate the Multi‑Functional Team (MFT) across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Testing, and Suppliers.
Develop, maintain, and execute the industrialization and engineering master schedule.
Ensure successful achievement of FRP1 and 2, confirming industrial maturity and production stability.
Plan, manage, and ensure completion of all required testing and validation activities.
Define, validate, and support qualification of mechanical forming processes in line with aerospace design data requirements and customer specifications.
