Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for various human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, administrative support, and general HR-related tasks, demonstrating a clear understanding of the risks associated with such instruments and sustained by a strong internal control orientation.
Job Description
Payroll:
Process payroll, methods and practices related to payroll activities;
Handle payroll inquiries, deductions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
HR admin:
Knowledge of Romanian Labor Code, especially about the individual and collective labor contract;
Maintain confidential employee records and data in accordance with company guidelines.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
General Administrative Support:
Process and review employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies;
Provide general office support and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Experience: At least 2 years experiences in HR field
Qualifications: University degree – Economic background
Skills: English language – medium; MS Office, WizSalary.
