Job Description
Your journey
Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to Managers and mid-level leadership.
Design, coordinate, and follow up on performance review processes, including feedback cycles.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives with internal and external providers.
Support employee development and growth through career path design, follow-up, and individual guidance.
Track, analyze, and report on people KPIs and HR metrics, proposing improvements based on insights.
Support compensation processes, including bonus schemes, salary reviews, and calibration processes.
Lead and participate in culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
