Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills – a positive demeanor, excellent communication, and a natural inclination to help others
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera) is beneficial
Job Description
Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and information on hotel amenities and local attractions
Coordinate with various departments to ensure our guests’ comfort and address any special requests
Maintain an organized front desk and handle administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism
Resolve guest issues promptly with a positive and professional approach
