• Create and adapt packaging artworks according to the company’s approved brand book and design standards.
• Prepare designs for: product color boxes; product labels and stickers;transport / master cartons;other product-related printed materials.
• Adapt existing packaging designs for new products, models, dimensions, languages, and technical requirements.
• Work with product specifications, technical information, photos, icons, texts, and other materials provided by different departments.
• Check artworks before approval and ensure that all required information is correctly placed.
• Maintain visual consistency across products within the same brand and product category.
• Prepare clear briefs and comments for other designers, photographers, or specialists when required.
• Review received materials and request or make necessary corrections.
• Work with product photos, retouching, infographics, and other visual content when required.
• Cooperate with Procurement, Marketing, Product Management, and other departments involved in product development.
• Manage several design tasks simultaneously and prioritize work according to deadlines.

• Previous professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Experience in packaging design or preparation of product artworks is highly preferred.
• Experience with color boxes, labels, stickers, transport cartons, or similar packaging materials will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other vector-based design software.
• Ability to work according to an existing brand book rather than creating an entirely new visual style for every project.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, print preparation, and visual consistency.
• Ability to work accurately with technical and commercial information.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• English language is required.
• Romanian language is required or strongly preferred, depending on the working format.
• Russian language is an advantage, but not mandatory.
