Ideal Candidate
The Global Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting international commercial decision-making by ensuring a consistent pricing approach across global markets and transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions, this role contributes to the successful execution of global initiatives and helps strengthen pricing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support the international rollout of a standardized pricing methodology across our global sales organizations, focus on analyzing local data and information relevant for the rollout;
• Analysis, coordination, and implementation of pricing for globally operating customers / distribution partners;
• Alignment with the Headquarters Global Pricing Team, the Global Key Account Managers and the responsible stakeholders in the sales organizations;
• Analyze pricing performance, margin development, and customer profitability to support strategic business decisions.
• Maintain and optimize pricing structures, conditions, and discount frameworks within SAP systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency of pricing-related information across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Support the implementation of pricing policies, governance standards, and process improvements across international markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Marketing teams to evaluate pricing opportunities and business impacts.
• Support contract pricing management and ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines and approval processes.
• Support master data management activities related to pricing, customer hierarchies, and product portfolios.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support contract pricing management and ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines and approval processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for pricing-related inquiries, providing guidance and expertise to regional sales organizations.
Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
Must-have
• Analytical & structured thinking;
• Excel / Power BI proficiency;
• Very good English.
Core
• Communication & teamwork in global setup;
• Degree or equivalent pricing experience.
Nice-to-have
• ERP / CRM knowledge;
• Additional languages.
Personal Skills & Abilities Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or comparable qualification, or professional experience in a pricing environment;
• Confident use of MS applications, especially Excel and Power BI; basic knowledge of S/4HANA ERP / MS Dynamics CRM is an advantage;
• Very good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage;
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and detail-oriented way of working;
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills (especially in the context of an international team setup and globally distributed stakeholders).
